When we opened our doors in 2011, we would probably not recognize us today. We opened as a carpentry-only shop. Our owner had years of experience working with wood and wanted to go solo and start his own company in Milford, CT. However, after a few years, we saw an opportunity and expanded. Today, we have continued this expansion and are now one of the top contractors in the state, serving Fairfield County and New Haven County.
Why use a carpenter?
We get this question a lot, and the fact of the matter is that we do more than carpentry these days. However, carpenters have an advantage over other trades as we deal with everyone. There is no home or business that does not have a carpenter to thank for its completion, and we have to work with plumbers, electricians, HVAC workers, and even the engineers to ensure framing and other parts of construction are done correctly. So, that means that we know everyone and understand what the other trades bring to the table. Since our expansion, we have brought in other trades under our roof, but if a job is extremely complex, we have the connections in the region to ensure things go smoothly and stay on time with outside help.
